Tulip Cafe

There are four different zones here. Today I’m at the bar up front, and it’s nice for some solo work — plenty of outlets, and the chairs are reasonably comfortable bar-height chairs. Taking a call here wouldn’t work; it’s too open and usually too loud, though the music isn’t too loud where I am today.

I appreciate that the furniture is all pretty substantial. There are a couple of different areas that are good for meeting with up to six people.

Never had a problem with the wifi. The vibe is more social than heads-down. I plan to sit here for two hours and I’ll get two coffees in that time, which feels like the right trade. Lots of people getting things to go, some staying for breakfast, and others in for multiple hours.

Confirmed the hours at the counter: closed Mondays, 7–3 the rest of the week, 9–3 on Sunday.
