Open Monday afternoon, which matters more than it sounds. If the Monday problem is that nothing’s open, the honest answer might be that the day just starts later: coffee places are shut, but there’s a room on East Jackson from 3pm.
Worth finding out whether a wine bar at 3:30 on a Monday is a workable place to finish an afternoon, or whether that’s a nice idea that falls apart in practice. Either answer is a good entry.
