Inside the Hollander Chocolate headquarters on the south side — a converted car dealership, which usually means high ceilings, hard surfaces, and a lot of light. Opened October 2025.

Being off the main downtown strip is worth noting either way: if parking is easy and it’s quiet on a weekday, that’s a real advantage over Franklin Street.
